I carry my Stockman Knife (Buck 301) daily, and use it almost every day. One task I was using it for today (and often) is as a staple remover. I find that the Spey Blade is really good at removing staples without tearing up the paper or cutting my finger.

What types of cutting or other uses do you use your Stockman or Sowbelly Knife for?

  • Thanks for asking Sunil! On the farm we use use it for many uses,. In addition to the normal cutting chores. Some unusual ones though are castration and tree grafts.
That's cool. I never used a Spey blade to actually castrate an animal. If high school Ag/FFA I used the tight rubber band thing.

Ha, ha right we use that as well on our goat kids it quick and chance of infection is minimized. But other animals are still cut.
