Got back from PA, yesterday evening.  

Ready to go back.  Temp here is 102 degrees and its 79 there.

Can't complain about the temps. Its only around 4 degrees cooler in Norris.

well have hit 100 for several days, been drinking lots of water and eating some crackers. Boy if that don't sound like bread & water I don't know what does?

Karlee competed in a new competition, this past weekend.  Brought home a Silver and a Gold.

This was a submission only event, in Atlanta...

Her and her teammate got to meet MMA fighter and Olympic Wrestler, Sara McMann.
