Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the site and was recommended to try here in order to get some information on some knives I inherited. I'm trying to get a little more information on them and maybe some values. I know a couple are R.W. Loveless blades which were custom done so no logo (well, one is and the other looks like his work as well but I just want to confirm). I also have some others. Not sure how to post photos so I will link to my facebook album which I have set to public so they can be viewed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Hi David

You have some very interesting knives.  I do not (unfortunately) see any "true" Loveless knives there, but the style in the homage to Loveless is there.  Two Randalls, a Marbles, another production knife and a few other handmades I do not recognize off the bat, but with stag handles they look quite nicely made.

Give me a couple days and I'll see what I can dig up for you.  Very nice collection and congrats!  Welcome to the site too!

Ah.  Now THAT appears to be a true Loveless!  CONGRATS!!

David,

I am sorry for your loss.  It does appear as though you have inherited a very nice collection

Thank you and yes there are definitely some nice ones for sure :)
