Another one I've been searching for arrived today ... a 2004 pocket worn in Caribbean blue.

Nice! You can stick that in your pocket when you go on a cruise to the Caribbean!

Another winner Dennis. How about a family photo one of these days, I bet that would be one impressive collection too see.

Thanks guys.  I only have 14  ... so it is still a relatively small family!  And, I am pretty comfortable saying that the collection would pale in comparison to some .... right Craig?!!!  Maybe one day, I will get ambitious and try a group shot.

Love that Carribean BLUE!!

I don't have that many either Dennis. Just 45 right now. There's a couple of guys over on the Case Forum that have well over 100 Seahorses!

Nice one. I have a grand total of 2.

That's 2 more than I had BEFORE I ran across this thread and became addicted to them!!

Added another two to the collection today.  One is a head-scratcher and the other is just perfect!  First the head-scratcher.  It's a 2014 caramel jigged bone.  I was looking at one at an online retailer and was going to purchase it, as I liked the coloring.  THEN, one popped up on the bay with slightly better (to my eye) coloring.  That's always a gamble, as you never quite know the quality of the pics.  But went for it and ended up getting it for quite bit less than buying it at the retailer.  When it arrived I said to myself ... what the heck!  For the life of me, can't explain it.  The blades (all three of them) were never polished!  How could it have been assembled without someone noticing this?  Bolsters are nicely polished as are the back springs.  The blades, however, show the grind lines ... even though the edges are sharpened nicely.  Not sure what I am going to do with it.  Truth be told, I kind of like this look over highly polished blades.  Told the seller I am keeping it.  Since the Case factory is only about 65 miles from me, I may just take a drive over there one day when I have some free time and ask ... what the heck!!!

(NOTE:  SEE REPLY BELOW, CRAIG EXPLAINED THIS!)

Anyway, here it is:

Here is a closer shot of the blades:

The second new one, well, I really like.  It's a 2007 Pocket Worn series in corn cob jigged harvest orange bone.

Both are outstanding examples - GRATS. I really like the "unpolished" - if you ever think about giving it another place to live, please let me know!

Hey, Dennis, don't you just love the feel of the orange smooth bone Seahorse, in your hand?

Very nice additions Dennis!

Dennis, those blades on the Caramel Bone are supposed to be that way. It's called the "As Ground" finish. The Black G-10 comes with the "As Ground" finish too. In a series that has the "As Ground" finish blades all the patterns will be like that. The dealer should have listed it that way.
