Looking for information about Barbee Knives. I need this one sharpened. Somebody used it not as a knife.

George,

We have seen a lot of interest in Barbee in the last few months, including his gran daughter joining iKC.

It appears you may need someone able to reprofile it slightly and sharpen it to fix any damage.  2 things you can do.

1) go to a show and see if you can find a knifemaker in your area willing to work it for you.  Some will, just to save the knife.

2) look up the Texas Knife Makers Guild and find a local maker that way.

Let us know what you do and show us an "after" pic?
