Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Last weekend was what I can only describe as the best way to spend time before a virus lockdown.  With forges roaring and hammers making music on the anvils.  Time spent with friends and family was that much more precious knowing everyone was talking about closing down everything.

I watched an 8th grader hammer out his first knife and win a custom knife !   I saw a young lady that got her forge just a little less than a year ago spend an entire day, bent over helping kids hammer square nails into small swords.  I saw a knife maker work through learning a coal forge and creating his first tomahawk.  Then the look of disappointment as the steel got too hot and burned that Tomahawk L.

We saw old friends, met new ones and told stories to make us smile about those that could not be with us.

When things settle down, go out to a Hammer In.  Make it to that show you always wanted to see.  Meet your fellow knife collectors face to face, I promise it will be worth it!
