Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I came across this knife in some things I was going through. It is a Cutco 1884, but both blades are serrated. I've seen a lot of information on the 1884 Trappers, but I can't find anything about the twin serrated blade knives. I appreciate any information. Thanks!

Jim,

If you can, share a pic or two with us, it does help when doing the research.  Also make sure we are aware of any markings on it

Jim,

With all the research I have done, I do not see that this configuration was ever factory made. However it was done, whether it was serrating the main or changing it, it was apparently a job well done.  If I had to make a guess based soley on pics I would say it was disassembled at some point.  Your pins seem to be sunken in more than what we typically see with this knife.  Here is a good shot of how the pins stand out  CUTCO #1884 Trapper
