Home depot also has a storage box similar to a pelican case.  At $19.99, it's cheaper than the harbor freight medium Apache case.

Last year, at my local HD, they had these for some time, after the holidays.  Looks like they're going fast this year.  (I bought 2 last night)

Not sure if it's classified as a Black Friday deal, or not, but Walmart has several different knife sets for right at $20.00.

My Walmart also had a Camillus set with two knives and a keychain torx knife tool, which isn't listed on the website.

They also had this Gerber set, which also wasn't listed, but I picked up,  with an Air Ranger, Paraframe, Mini Paraframe and a Mullet tool.
