Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

This years GAW knife is an oldie but not an easily found knife.  A Parker Seki Japan Christmas knife, this is only the 2nd time I have seen one. It features the manger scene, Luke 2:11 and a seasonal message from the Parkers on the blade. A lockback with "Surgical Steel"  never used and appears to have original edge.  It was purchased out of a Parker Collection.

Entry is easy and I hope it brings a smile to a face or two among us.  Come to this discussion and remark with ANYTHING 2020 that made you smile or grateful.

My dog died years ago.  My neighbors received a pound puppy this year and bought him home.   Von Dutch is his name.   He is so sweet , even on the stinky feet !     He is my friend.   He is so quiet , until a squirrel comes around.    He loves to play ball !  Thank You Heavenly Father for this wonderful little animal in my life.

We are grateful all are well Scott!

I am grateful I was able to deer hunt this year after being quarantined with a son with a positive Covid-19 test, my son was good to go after a 2 1/2 days, nobody else had symptoms, and one of my sons got an 8 pointer.

I am always grateful for your group and your help Dan Lago!! Enjoy the new land and the time with family

This year we have spent much time building a website for our knife collecting friends <Queencutleryguide.com> and have spent many happy days on our newly purchased recreational land with our children and grandchildren making a place for future good times

Tony,

I am always grateful to meet collectors like yourself with a thirst to learn about the knives and where they come from!

I am grateful for being here on this collectors group, and the help from others when I can't ID a knife or makers mark, And especially grateful to still be collecting, And mostly grateful for Jan for her help in finding my way around this website, and fixing my posts that were put in the wrong group!
Thanks to everyone for their input on my quest in knife collecting!
Merry Christmas to everyone here and the Very Best in the New Year!
Thanks for all!
Tony

Gary,

So happy that friends and family are staying safe! Anything more than 2 knives is a serious collection if you love the hunt for the next one :)

I am glad that in my family, friends and work circle there has been no health issues from Covid this year. We haven't seen each other much but that's OK. I have been working on my Western, Buck and Case collections and have made some great purchases this year. I am not as serious a collector as some but still I have some great knives!

I am thankful for a healthy new great gran daughter and that all my family members have escaped the corona virus this year.

I am thankful that what ever the circumstance the Lord is still in control and that he has allowed me another year with my family and friends and able to enjoy life. Knives have been apart of enjoying life.

Great Gran daughter!  Congrats and God Bless Vance!

I am grateful for the same things Floyd! It is never me in control, I learned a long time ago to relax "God's got this"

I'm grateful for all of the things that didn't go wrong in 2020. When you think about all of the things that could have gone south with topics like our health, family, world events etc. there's a lot more things that went right then went wrong. After all we're all here and above ground to be able to post about it. Eat your black eyed peas and plan on a better year!
