Hey Hddarts - welcome to iKC! We're glad you're here. Just saw your status....Utica made several 2 blade models that may fit your description. Does the one you are asking about look like the one shown here?
I am VERY familiar with this one - Formerly the TL-29, now called the Model 11-2558 Utility Knife from their Workman series.
These are all over the internet..lots of them on Ebay and Etsy in all sorts of condition and age. Those that look like the one in this photo could be from the early 70's, which is when they went to the wood grain cellulose handle (Delrin).
If this isn't the one, please post a photo or a link to one to show the model you are asking about.
