Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Can't believe we are entering a another decade. I hope everyone has a great new year.  As I open up a new iKC calendar, thought it would be a great idea to choose a knife a month to showcase.  Here's my knife of the month for January (I wonder what yours might be?!).  This is the last knife I purchased in 2019.  It's a utility / hunter by TK Steingass - spalted hackberry handle with a 4.5" 1095 blade with hamon.

Nice Elbin .... definitely calendar-worthy!!

It's November and "thin is in" with this Fox Elite.  Olive wood and Damascus .... bellissimo!!

Celebrating the last month of 2022 with my Lobo, from Carlo Cavedon.

Getting a late start this year .... but better late than never!!  Kicking off a brand new "calendar" year with one of the last knives I received in 2022 ... a gift from a neighbor ... a brand new, 20-yr-old, 2003 Case Tiny Hunter.

What an awesome gift!

Certainly was, Jan.  She knows someone who works at Case who had access to one of these Tiny Hunters (which I believe were renamed the Pocket Hunter later on.

Is it February already?   Man, January just flew by.  I guess we are on the downslide from winter to spring.  Then again, I really don't think we've had much of a winter this year.  I wonder what Punxsutawney Phil, that prognosticator of prognosticators, will have to say on the matter tomorrow.  Anyway, decided on my Adam Vigil city knife with honey ram horn covers for February.

Kicking off March with this beautiful Seahorse whittler customized by Wild Horse Knives.

That is a beautiful seahorse whittler Dennis!

So Dennis...my man...did we miss the April viewing, or is it so grand that it takes 10+ days to prepare?

You do realize that we now measure the seasons my the monthly showcasing of your knives, right? Counting full moons is so....not knifey!  :-D
