Love the traditional patterns of Schrade Knives. I started purchasing Schrade knives in the early 70's when the knife blades were still carbon steel, but somehow lost them all. When I lived in Wallkill, just up the road from Walden I bought a fine used 1940's honey bone handled u 3 blade knife. It has a scape/file/screwdriver, awl, and a spey blade from my landlord.

Would still be buying Schrade it they made then like they used to.

I didn't think that uploaded. American Outdoor Brands bought the Schrade brand in 2017. They ask if they could interview me about the history of the company, particularly George. They are bringing production back to our shores. They will be launching their line mid October.
