Looking for the new 3 1/2inch model, they are just releasing.

OH, okay. Are those supposed to be exclusive? It usually takes a week or two for new GEC knives to show up at various dealers.

I think there was a special factory order that went to Canada. I think thats where the bare end knives with the cool  TC bolster went and GEC is coming out with an end cap version for it's distributors. I am sure Chris at GEC would be happy to fill you in with the details if you gave her a call. I hope I'm wrong because I would like to have one myself.

I had heard Mike was carrying them also

These were a Special Factory Order for Charlie Campagna. He has sold a few to certain Dealers, including Barry Johnson. Here is a link to Barry's Store Barry's Knife Roll

Hey Thanks Bob, I had not heard that Barry had them also

Calvin,

did you find one?

Pretty Barlow Bob!

I kinda like all of them.

However, I think the ebony is the pick of the litter.

NorthWest is down to a few of the ebony two blade models. The ebony is really spectacular- a solid rich true black. It was supplied to GEC by Charlie- Gabon ebony. Once you buy one you are doomed to want more. Canal Street has also caught the barlow fire and supposedly will release one soon- chestnut and smooth bone I think.

NorthWest is a great company to deal with, if your looking for one this would a good place to start the search
