Check out - http://knifedogs.com/showthread.php?10218-Washers-in-a-Sodbuster - all I've ever seen on the process.  I guess Donnie could go down to Lowes and buy a Sodbuster and take it apart.

You might try contacting member Daniel Howland .. he's been very helpful in the past & has great machining experience .. real nice gentleman .. always helpful !!!

He can also on be contacted via fb .. 'n I think he may still be hm on med leave (carpal tunnel surgery) .. this gentleman has always been generous w/ his knowledge .. let me know if you try & can't get a hold of him.

Hey Thanks, hope it was a great vacation

Donnie has been working on a very large kitchen project and has not had time to be out in the shop but as soon as he gets working on this we will let you know and certainly we will post some pics
