From what I heard it is the 54 Standard trapper for the big patterns, the 096 Texas Toothpick in the small patterns and the 018 Medium Stockman.   Now I could've heard wrong.

You know, I'm pretty sure the standard Trapper would rank 1 or 2 as far as collecting, but when you factor in using/EDC I wonder. Poking around the various forums, some of the other patterns factor heavy for EDC. Peanut (yes people love the Peanut LOL), mini Trapper, small and medium Stockmans. 

Actually I was kinda (maybe not really) surprised that Case ranked so high for EDC. Even guys that said some other brand was their favorite, would say they have a Case that they often carry!

Craig, when it comes to EDC the Case knife I hear most often is the sodbuster jr.  I have no evidence other than anecdotal.  It would be a good survey question.   I don't carry Case knives I just buy them.

Yeah, the Sodbuster I'm sure would rank right up there.
