That yellow comp Case is one of my absolute favorite knives! I hope they never stop making those!

Nice ones Ken! I see a 33! LOL!

Greetings, Stockmen!  I've just now recvd a new (to me) stockman in the mail.

He's a 4" Robeson with an aluminum handle.  He looks a bit on the heavy side, but he's surprisingly light.  I like the curve in his primary blade's edge & wonder if it's because of the way it's been sharpened -- the spey blade has the same curve.  ID?  Not much: "ROBESON / CUTLERY / U.S.A." is stamped into the primary blade's tang.  That's it.

Looking forward to cleaning up the blades and giving them a bit of a rod.  All 3 blades are high carbon, so that should be easy.  Hmm:  All 3 blades seem about equally un-sharp.  I expect to find one blade really, really sharp -- as that's the one that's really, really used.

WOW Donald, that sounds like a great score. An unusual Robeson at that. I love Robesons, they are one of the brands I collect. Let us know how it turns out.

Owl Head Stockman

Yes that is good looker for sure!
