Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I like USA made Schrades & Schrade-Walden knives...obviously. Old Timers, Uncle Henry's and the models that pre-dated those lines. Saw-cut Delrin, Stagalon, Butter-n-Molasses, etc. handles. They're all great in my book.

I am proceeding slowly with adding to my collection, in the beginning I was going like gang busters. But, the pickings are getting slim at least for good/great condition knives.

Although I am not buying much now, I never tire of seeing them or looking for them. So if you have some or have come into some, let me see them.

Eventually I will try to get all I currently have into 1(or 3) photos for this discussion. For now these will have to do.

The last 2 received were of the Ltd. edition varieties, 152UH Ducks Unlimited w/ Stagalon and the 156 Heritage NAHC w/ real Stag.

Very nice Brad, I like those USA Schrades also.

Nice Knives Brad, I also like the USA schrades. I think I spotted a third generation knife in your collection , right ? The green handled one.

Here is a Schrade IXL Stockman from 1981.

Ricky, Love that knife, looks familiar.

Yeah Ken, Have  you seen the entire set that is on Ebay ?  It is not in my budget right now, but the whole set is on there for around $ 340.

No I haven't - sounds like it is out of my budget to.

Yep. The 5OTG.

Going through the knife rolls last night and got a count of my Schrades, I only have 45...I need more.

You can never have too many Schrades, I think around 200 would be a nice number. I only have around 10 right now.

I agree with you Ricky, you can never have too many Schrades! I have gathered 1000+ and I am always looking to add something diffent. I also like finding just about any other schrade items as well, such as, Schrade Trucks, coffee cups, shirts, Christmas balls, marbles, ect...

In addition I jumped out and have been buying Canal Street Knives! Not sure if you knew it, Canal Street is owned and run by a former Schrade President and he has employed some third generation knife makers. My favorites from Canal Street are the Pinch Lock Back and the Old English Barlows.

Tom
Ken/Ricky,

Keep watching and you will be able to find the Schrade IXL Master set (5 knife set) for under $300. Be patient and it will pop up.
