Dating a Pocketknife

Please see the photo of this knife.  Markings on it are:

BROCH & KESSEL SOLINGEN GERMANY

MER ROSTFREI STAINLESS

I would like to know when the company BROCH &

KESSEL used that name, and when this pocketknife

may have been made.  Any help in dating the knife

would be sincerely appreciated.
