About Me
Havebeen a tattoo artist for fourty years, and now with all the kids out of the house I have time on my hands so its heat grind and shape. I like to take broken knives and re-purpose them,realloy like old butcher shop ,large kitchen knives of high carbon steel this metal and thier size enables me to work them into useful knives again.like taking my friends Granny's knife that got broken in half and turning it in to a pareing knife that she can use daily in her kitchen and pass on to her children

I wish I did, Jeff.   Mos tof the Gaff knives I've seen came out of Solingen, Germany but seem to have been destined to the U.S. Market.  I've never seen one by Kinfolk.   The shape is very similar to the all of the other Gaffs I've seen.   They way the hook lies seems to be a major design flaw to me.  I can't imagine using the other two blades when the hook is folded into the handle.  I'm still looking for a good one for my collection.
