Monday was 80 degrees, bright and sunny, just a gentle breeze. Loaded the grill up with pork chops and basted them with Sonny's Sweet BBQ sauce. Threw on some corn on the cob to roast with them. My daughter made strawberry rhubarb pie. Had my son and DIL and naturally my little grandson over to help eat it all. Nothing gets better than that. I went to bed a contented man Monday night!
A BBQ is great food with alot of deversity in whats on the pit. I think it also brings out the outdoorsman in the cook. A primative way of cooking and usually gets a crowd gatherd that makes it even more fun. We love to Bar-B-Que! I wonder, whats peoples favorite type meat to BBQ?
My favorite by far is fall off the bone tender baby back ribs. I can eat them til I bust.

Ya'll now I am not a real big red meat eater. Not that I dont love it but I just dont eat it unless I am craving it (I dont think about it LOL)
Put a steak on that grill and I will fight ya!
Charles, that was my wife's favorite, Baby Back Ribs. I am a slow smoke, type a guy. That means a large roast cooked slow with plenty of smoke. May it be "Chicken or pork or beef or sheep or venison or some critter, that will make its way to the pit. It's all good.
