Nice buck.

The best I am getting on camera is an 8 pt - I would shoot this 6 pt in a minute - should be good eating. Maybe tonight.

I plan on doing some bow hunting, when I go back to the camp. I think, that one of my stands has mostly wild hogs there. If I shoot some maybe they'll leave and let the deer back in there.

Good luck on this nice buck.

I wouldn't mind getting this 8 point in my sights!

Nice bucks Charles. We saw some deer this past weekend but they were small spikes.

Well Robert that spike (OK 3 point) in the picture is looking kinda scraggly but that 8 looks good.

Yea, that 8 pt. is nice. He's still in velvet, looks like.

That picture was taken back in August.  That was from pictures my trail camera took in August that I am just now looking at.

They should be real pretty, right now. Gun or bow?

Both.  I have a crossbow and my deer rifle is a .30-06.  The bow season is open now and runs through January.  Gun season opens in mid November and runs through January.  The limit for my area is one buck and one doe a day.  The limit for most of Alabama is two a day, one of which may be a buck.  There is a season limit of three bucks.

Saw this guy tonight about 7pm - but could not get a decent shot, so I passed.
