Shared my morning cup of tea with Aliexpress' catalog of cutlery possibilities.
While this is likely not as unique as I found it .. it is .. rather unique.
The specs' are brutally honest.
Personally .. I do not hold 5Cr17Mov in high regard.
Further .. @ 56HRC .. any use will dictate frequent sharpening.
......... just my opinion .........

Anyway .. I found it a rather unique approach.

Although I really do believe this would be a great kitchen set, I agree that I would not want to be sharpening as much as a 56HRC would require. And for those cooks that do not or cannot sharpen??
