It would be nice but I sort of doubt it.  The Case Marlin Spike was outsourced to the old Camillus Factory.   The Case Whalers were made on the #99 frame and haven't been made since 1964!  Talk about being in the Vault!

You right Toby, they should do some on those! Maybe they will?

It really does look great but  I'd like it better on a Case Whaler or marlin spike knife. (I'm turning into a curmudgeon)

I like the single blade "Trapper". The smooth Chestnut Bone looks great! Case does bone good!

Paul if you purchase this knife you will not regret having done so. I was truly surprised how much I loved this knife.

That's a sweet-looking knife, Clint! I might look into getting one of those. I'm especially fond of the trapper design!

Here is a photo of the latest Case acquired. It is a single bladed CV Trapper with a liner lock and pocket clip. The handles are Chestnut Bone and the pattern is #54L and the item number is 30112. I have been carrying this knife with yellow handles for about six months and just find it to be my favorite EDC even over all of the tactical autos I own.

I will admit I have many mistresses and one is any folding pocket knife with a swing guard. Add a swing guard, liner lock (my favorite locking system) and pocket clip and I am in love again. Sadly this animal does not exist.

I have strongly suggested to Case, Tuna Valley, GEC and Moore Maker to make an XL swing guard with the liner lock and pocket clip. I am thinking the sized of the Case large single bladed hunter size with less expensive handles to keep the price down so as to be affordable by law enforcement, firemen, military and other underpaid public servants. Take this classic timeless design and jazz it up to a combat folding pocket knife. What do you think people? Would this design and size of knife sell? Would you want to have one? If you say no then you need to check your pulse. Please give some feed back.
