Have you seen all the new stuff announced by Case for late summer and Fall?
Case will be back from Summer break and getting more new stuff going soon!
The Case repair dept. is great! Mike and the guys do fantastic work!
Glad to hear your knife is home again. All bright and shiny, I bet. Did they do a good job with the repair?
Got my 75 back, yesterday.
Happy camper.
New SELECT series coming soon!
Gettin antsy, Craig. Already took 2 weeks from the time it arrived in PA till they opened the package, and acknowledged the receipt.
I was hoping that replacing a backspring would be a quick fix.
It's hard to say JJ. Sometimes it's a couple of weeks, sometimes close to the maximum time.....I think they say up to six weeks? Depends on how busy they are. I had one knife a long time ago take just under two weeks. And a Congress that they completely rebuilt for me take six weeks. It was worth the wait though!
CASE repair...
Once CASE officially acknowledges receipt, of a knife for repair, about how long does it take?
I know that it was received on May 21st and I got an email giving me a repair number on June 5th.
