Personally I yearn for the days of carbon bladed knives made by Case.  In my mind's eye....you use the stainless or CV knives as they should be, the blades show the wear and scratches.  The once shiny knife now is scared and somehow less appealing. 

The shiny new carbon steel knife is also beautiful but with use and age it is like a woman who matures and blossoms and is truly your companion.  Your carbon steel knife is unlike any other...unique and special and with tender care and attention will be your partner for the rest of your life.

Alan, I think that Blue Scroll is fantastic!  Craig, that new yellow is crying out to be joined by his Slim line yellow cousin.  I think Paul is enabling us!
