Someone take some pics and tell us how the show is? Next year I want to do this show!!!!
I will be there on the Saturday from mid morning to close....unless I am out of state for some reason. Message me and I will give you my phone number.
The booth is rented by my barber who will be selling a few guns and such. I will just be there for support and helping with the sales. I have worked gun shows for years and find them to be fun and you meet some nice people.
I'm not setting up but If I don't have to work I'm going to be there. I work in Tulsa.
Wish I could have made this show!
Clint, what booth will you be at?
I will be there for one day (Sat.) helping a buddy of mine.
Anyone in TX? I would love to hear how the Tulsa show goes. I know Docs Knives will be there, Bruce wrote on the board...Hey, Doc's Knife Works will be in the back, up stairs of the building. Just bringing Great Eastern Cutlery this time.
Are any other dealers attending this one?
Ron,
Those two are for the collection and we pretty much share that category LOL. Donnie does have a user in the stag and has diligently used it this week. I have him committed to doing a review on the user aspects this weekend. I can tell you already, the comfort in the hand factor is a 10!
Stanley, Glad you got yours too. This is a piece people are going to wish they had gotten
Bob,
Like you said it is a ransom you pay! I am glad you like them both and I think your right, different knives, feel and uses. Cant wait to hear more after the pocket time
The knives are beautiful and I loved your analogies, also. My ex-wife would have fallen into the Terrier category. Ultimately it was my wallet that took the biggest "nip" of all. *sigh* Thankfully all of that ugliest is just a fading memory now. These days it's only my knives that give me an occasional nip.
I digress. These are fantastic, Bob! It's a shame you blokes across the pond are extorted the way you are. Good knives are expensive to begin with. Having to pay such exorbitant duty fees on top of the original purchase price seems outright criminal to me. I hope these two have no issues and that they will serve you well for many years to come.
Cheers, mate!
I received my rosewood Champlin Eureka Jack today. It is one gorgeous knife and am fortunate to have one. Wonderful shape/size and the rosewood is among the best I have ever seen.
