Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Sheffield cutlers produced some very fine pruning knives. This one was made by Harrison Bros & Howson circa 1920. Looking forward to seeing examples of your pruners.

This is another Harrison Bros & Howson. It is older than the previous knife... circa 1880s. The spring appears to be hand-forged. It tapers along two dimensions from narrow and thick at the blade end to very wide and thin at the butt end. The scales look like rosewood or cocobolo wood.

nice handles and the blade looks great for its age

I like the knife beauiful handles for age,I have sort of a pruner,I will send pic.

This is a Hill and Son NO.4 Haymarket St.S.W.LONDON CIR1875-1900
