I just tried one of my Spyderco knives and it took the Torx 7.  The T6 was too small.

bjorn...

Take your knife to a watch repair shop.  They have the tools to tap the screws and remove them.  Order the new screws from Spyderco.

björn

You will need a Torx Screwdriver #7 to remove the screws on the Spyderco pocket clips.

i would do that if i were not on the other side of the atlantic:-) be cheaper just buying a new knife, "almost"

björn

I would mail the knife to them explaining what you want to do.  The people at Spyderco are very helpful.
