The Congress is one of the handiest designs to carry everywhere. It is not to bulky to carry in your jeans. I use mine to work outside -trim plants, cut twine,etc- and inside-cut wire insulation, open boxes, etc   Compare this to many large military designs that have little day to day use.  Nicely executed build.
