A nice fine edge slices very nicely.  Food release is real good too.  Not quite 100% after it gets wet, but real nice.

I gripped the knife a couple of different ways, and it felt comfortable with my index finger and thumb holding the blade, and holding the handle.

So far, I am really liking this knife and the blade design.
