Arno Bernard specializes in handles made from bone, horn, or tusk of African animals for handles.

I hunted in South Africa a couple of times, and once more with a good friend.  When we came back I found out about this guy's knives and bought Tom and myself one with warthog tusc handle.  You can see more of his work at the following link.

I really like the white bone on the bottom. 

The other 2 aren't anything to sneeze at either.
