The online community of knife collectors, A Knife Family Forged in Steel
Frankly, I'm not sure at what age I developed an appreciation for irony. The knife shown in this photo demonstrates what I'm talking about. This gunstock pattern GEC/Tidioute is called the "Magnum". For a variety of reasons, the name "Magnum" automatically makes me think of the .357 Magnum and .44 Magnum revolver cartridges. Both are larger, very powerful rounds. And then there is the dinky little knife shown in the photo. Perfect quality...maybe this little guy is more like a .22 Magnum? Still, I dig it. Bought it from one of our great iKC members, Terry Ray! If you haven't bought knives from him before, you should check him out. GREAT guy to deal with!

Nice knife. Yes, Terry is a great guy. I bought a GEC fish knife for my collection from him.
