Hey John, there are $595. for the proto's.  I have 6 to sell.  #04 and #05 are on6 my web site now. They will b5e doing 7 battleships and 3 subs with a few surprises along the way. I am so excited. I portion of the money goes back to the museum and wounded worriers.

Bruce, let me tell you what's wrong  with your knife-- I don't own it !!  ROFL- Beautiful in every way. A) Great historic value, from the steel to the deck planking handles.B)- Devon Thomas damascus, a master of the art C) hand made by a great  USA company  D)  a prototype, no less !!! E) Presentation box with COA-- WOW !!!!!- I absolutely love everything about this knife--- Just out of curiosity, what did you have to pay for this gem, if I may ask ??-- Awesome knife !!

America's Fighting Ship Knives, Battleship Texas Viper proto type, with Wood Decking handles. Damascas steel forged from the engine room of the Battleship, by Devon Thomas, 3" wharncliffe blade. Nickel silver, triple lined bolsters with brass liners and pins. Inlay shield with 04TX etched on the side of the handle with lanyard hole. Comes with a certificate of authenticity that this knife is forged with original steel from the Historic Battleship Texas BB-35. (Steel dated 1912) Also a Walnut presentation box with red felt and etched seal of the USS TEXAS BB-35. Hand made knife by Great Eastern Cutlery.
