Hi Stan,

Well the Grizzly is one of my favorites.  The one in this picture has a blade of CPM154 stainless with 304 stainless steel fitting.  The handle material is Masur Birch Burl and I don't have anymore of the "natural color".  I do have some in black.

Of course you can order this knife with D2 or S30V but the blade would be satin finished in those steels.

Bill, I think I am going to have to order one of your knives. I am fascinated by the look and quality. Is it best to call or use the online ordering form? What is the handle on the Grizzly2 002? I like the high polish on the blade. Is this photo D2 steel or s30v?
