Thanks Guy!!   Im now offering a similar chefs knife in a PRODUCTION model!  A numbered run with rosewood handles!   Just posted info on my web page this week in the Knives for sale tab.  Check it out!

This chefs knife is outstanding , Randy. I have seen several of your kitchen knives including your cutting blocks. All of your work is of the highest quality craftsmanship. I hope to have a fine piece like this for work in my kitchen. Thanks for sharing.
