Isaac-Jan is correct- This is also called a Sunfish Lobster pattern- #865 is the pattern #. The key to value in this knife is primarily in dating the tang stamp which I can't read from your photo, although I suspect reads SCHRADE/ CUT.CO./ WALDEN N.Y. which would date it to circa 1904-1946 with real mother of pearl handles. However, Schrade made this pattern for many, many years and also made this knife with synthetic handles they called "Marine Pearl". These were often advertising knives with logos on the handles, which no one would do to a real MOP knife. Value for the early MOP versions runs about $75 , the later celluloid versions run about $10. Once again, being able to read the tang stamp is the main crucial point, of course adding the condition. Here is a later Schrade advertisement from 1981 showing the synthetic handled version.
This page may help you in dating it.
How to date a Schrade Knife to a specific year
The pattern is known as a candle-end lobster pattern. I think the pattern number may have been # 865
