It does age fairly quickly, especially in the sheath. The sheath is veg tanned but that doesn't seem to matter much. Every once in awhile I Flitz the bolsters and we start the whole process over again...

nice handle there, and knife to! Very cool bolsters to, I've been seeing copper used a lot recently, it ages well and quickly it seems form the pictures.
