Customer Service Extreme!
After I posted the other photo on Instagram with a story on how my dad introduced me to the company before he passed away Will Egbert from Vulture wrote back to me. " We're so sorry for your loss. We have an idea, Since it was your dad that introduced you to the brand and he isn't with you anymore... if you would like we will laser engrave a dedication on the knife for you. That way your dad is always with you on your adventures." This was the end result. I've never had service like this before!
