Here is a photo of one of the "stranger" blades in my collection; the Buck Kalinga. I use the term "stranger" because this is truly an "East meets West" type of design. The blade shape is very reminiscent of the Scimitars found in the Middle East...while the camo pattern on the handle is definitely a Western concept. I will probably pick up the wooden handled version as well...eventually.
