This photo, taken on 10/02/2010 shows Sullivan Lake from a mountainside trail. While fall has come early to this region, temps were perfectly accommodating and the day was perfect! Located in the Colville National Forest region, Sullivan Lake is truly a wilderness habitat and all sorts of animal life were actively working to prepare for the upcoming winter. From bears to cougar to deer, and all forms of small animals, the area teems with activity most of the year.

"The photos in the previous post are of an old German pruning type knife I just aquired. It surely is interesting, and quite old."
