I had the good fortune, last week end, to spend most of three solid days at cutlery mecca - Smokey Mountain Knife Works. Saying it was an educational and fun week end would be classed as a dramatic understatement, Taking three days off from the shop was a welcome change of pace. One pass through the aisles of the 100,000 retail space and you may find your head spinning.
