On iKC we have an often used Feature called Events. Our  hobby to a certain extent, in times both past and present depended on knife shows and events for companies and individuals to showcase the knives that were being produced for consumers. They served as a buying and selling event for sure. Now they also are a way for like minded iKC collectors to meet each other in person and talk about the hobby they love.

Think about it, every year certain Shows are can't miss, blockbuster type shows that lots and lots of people attend. Currently our  Events page reflects almost all of these big shows, many regional and even some Worldwide shows.

Maybe we can do more. As iKC grows in membership and diversity we'd like Events to take the next big step and show every single possible Knife and Gun show everywhere in the World.

A big task but we think there is a benefit. As more and more collectors link through iKnife Collector the opportunity of being able to meet someone who you have talked to, shared friendship, discussed knives and swapped photos of knives is greater and greater.

Its easy to add an Event and all you have to do is list it. No need to invite everybody or do anything fancy just tell us where it is and any other important information. iKC members can tell you they will be attending when the see the Event listed.
