Welcome Home...THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

I think it's time that our club review one of our own knife makers each month an expose their talents to the rest of the club. If any of y'all agree lets hear about it and how to accomplish it. I hope it's not to much to ask of whom ever gets the task of doing it.

We can Email the knife maker and ask them to participate and fill out the profile. Even if we don't know them, they ussally have a Web site with their Email address. This would be a good way to meet them. Then we could come back here an post the profile.

Even if you are a knife maker you may make a profile of another knife maker and you may do more than one. So lets get this started an pick a knife maker, he/she will really be glad.

Here are some questions we could use in our knife makers profile. Remember that these are just my idea of some questions and you may make up your own. First, I think you must contact the maker and see if he or she would like to participate and then  have them answer the questions. Then you would come back and post your profile. It's a little bit of trouble but I think it would be fun and educational, not to mention the exposure the maker will get.

How about this for an idea, all of those that want to participate, pick out a knife maker an get in contact with them and do a profile then post it here under the title IKC Knife Makers. If some of y'all like the idea I'll post some profile questions we can ask them.
