Hi Steve thanks for your welcome words. I will check everything out as you suggest and hopefully may be able to contribute .  Although I probably will learn more that I can contribute as there appears to be a general lack of knowledge or even knife clubs in Australia - may be something to do with our import laws.  All the best Larry
