True Kevin. I have never been this Old before either!  Some people probably think I am crazy.  Because I know at 74 I probably won't be around a lot longer. My hands are not as flexible as they once were and Arthur has move in but still I am like a kid in my mind. Chasing the knives I like and some times I luck up and get one!  As I have said before even a blind hog finds an acorn every once in a while. It amazes me that back in the day I didn't think much about the Vintage Stags but like fine wine they have bacome prettier with age.

I don't know a whole lot about CASE knives, but that looks pretty sweet!   Nice acquisition!

Thanks Andy & Lars Guys for the comments. Some people probably think I am just a foolish old Man. My wife I am pretty sure believe i am!  I am much like a kid when it comes to what I collect. Yeah I still get excited when a knife comes along that tickels my fancy.   Some might remember  going into a candy store as a kid and seeing all those delicious treats behind the glass and your mouth watering!   YEAH that's me when it comesto Knives.  I want to know everything about the ones  I collect to hopefully leave the information for those that follow me.  You guys and Girls have helped me on more than 1 occassion find out more about a knife than I knew!  I Believe way too much information has been lost since Knife Collecting has become a Hobby.  You don't see many sitting on the Court House lawn whittling any more. Fewer still sitting takling and trading stories and swapping lies! Places like this are really the only place knifers can gather to  show what they have.

And this is what separates the men from the boys with toys...

Mike exuberantly posts this delicious Case Copperlock with all the the great info. A man will often just posts the photos - a boy say's "Hey! Look at what I got !!!"

Then Andy...a man might comment with "Nice knife...I have 3 myself." Nothing worng with that, but a boy at heart says "Oh yeah man!!!"

I love it. I love the spirirt of it. This is why I like hanging out with you and the others here on iKC - you act like boys. Growing older may be enevitable, but growing old is a choice. I love the excitement when a post like this is shared, and I thrive in the boyish responses.

By the way Mike - Oh yeah man!!
