I know they make the Spyderco Military in a Left handed version. That would be liner locks

Lockbacks are ambidextrous so everything from the new FFG Delicas and Enduras to the Stretch 2. Manix 2 uses a cageball lock and that is ambidextrous. The foliage green sprint run with the FFG blade can still be found online.

I own a Stretch 2 VG-10 FFG and I can't promote that knife enough.  Perfect handle, perfect balance, and a magnificent specimen of a FFG VG-10 blade.
