the 10 dot is 1970 and the 9 dot would be 1971

thanks gary thats what i thought too. i have the 10 dot on ebay and was told its 1980 so i wanted to find out.thanks again

If the dots are UNDER the USA it is 70's decade.10 dots would be 1970.If the USA is under the dots,with a "Lightning S",it is 80's decade. 9 dots would be 1981,10 dots would be 1980.
