I have a Graef 3 blade pocket knife that needs repair. One blade broken and the handle on one side is missing. It was my great Grandfathers, and then my Fathers so it is for sentimental reasons.
My Great Grandfather was a knife maker in Germany, and then the US at the beginning ff the 1900's.This repair is beyond my knowledge.

Post some pics, perhaps .. I cannot open the attachments.
.
Muskratman is one source of repair .. he has a great reputation !!!
Here are the same images as jpg's. I hope it helps. The blade is probably an issue.

The blade will be an issue if you expect the end result to have the same stamping.
I doubt that stamping is readily available in the form of a replacement blade from even a clunker one might use for parts.
A lot depends on what you expect the repair to maintain.
I really would contact Muskratman or equivalent to get their thoughts.
If your willing to live w/ a replacement blade w/o the original tang stamp .. he can probably help.
Scale replacement & main blade replacement are well w/i his skill set ..however.. note the earlier caveat.
Thank you and I have done just that. He can do a repair at the moment but with a blade with incorrect tangstamp. So if a parts knife is around great. If not Ill have it repaired with a replacement blade. Now to find a blade. Thank you for your wise input.
