Blade Show 2015

If you have never been, you should!

Blade Show is much more than JUST a knife show.  It incorporates aspects of knife collecting and knife making like none other.  Everything is there from old to new.  The knowledge alone one roof is worth the trip.

This year Bladesports International qualifies the first female to compete in World Cutting Championship June 6 at the Blade Show.

You can learn from the legends at BLADE University! Back again after a sold-out inaugural year, BLADE offers exciting and intensive knife education taught by experts. Fine tune your craftsmanship with the wisdom of these knife professionals!  2015 BLADE University Class Schedule

enjoy the show jan.  know you will keep us posted on all the goings on!

Wish we could make the trip, but my traveling partner twisted her ankle, Saturday, and has to wear a splint for a while.

Goodness JJ, tell her to take care!

Early bird passes will be let in abouy an hour just thought i would let you what it all looks like before it is even open

Ok, the internet is being fussy.  I will try again very shortly.

have fun jan!

The line about an hour before opening.  One thing about this line is that everybody is looking at knives and sharing what is in their pockets

The Kiddo program was a grand success and a lot of fun also LOL

It was wonderful to meet and spend some time with our member Tom Chase.  I appreciate the introduction to Wally at Canal Street, I was able to pick  up their newest model and it is a lightweight beauty. I will get some pics of it as soon as I get home

The new fixed blades are sweet!

I did not get to meet the maker on these but I sure do like them!

Fiddleback forge was so busy I couldnt get up to the counter, LOL.  I will get some pics tomorrow though

I spent a bit of time with Mr John Lloyd and our own Lyle Fry.  Lyle not only had his own knives but a few other beauties for me to see

A gorgeous Dr T

And the Lick Creeks.  A knife with a story
