I lived there for a couple years after college (mostly near the Medical Center area, though I had a couple months just north of downtown) -- but that was a couple decades ago now, & unfortunately haven't made it back since then. Unfortunately this was before I got into knives -- probably saved me a lot of money though, with all the knife makers in Texas. Oh, but I miss the food, & the music (I learned how to dance at Rosario's downtown, & a couple other bars I don't even remember the names of -- or at least I tried to learn). But I digress -- welcome, Roland!
